App allows embedding your FAQs at various locations in your storefront. With Online Store 2.0, you can make use of app blocks to make it more intuitive experience without editing a theme. You can embed FAQs just with the help of theme editor.
In order to make this happen, you would need an embed code from our app and this tutorial talks about that. We recommend grouping your FAQs into a category and then embedding that category on desired pages. To get a category embed code, follow these steps:
You need to be on Professional plan if you wish to use this feature
- Open app and navigate to "Categories".
- In front of each category, you should see "Copy Code" button and upon clicking that it would copy an embed code to your clipboard.
- You can simply paste this code somewhere to make sure it looks something like below:
