This feature is only available for Online Store 2.0 compatible themes so please make sure your theme is compatible. You can follow this tutorial to verify it.

We recently launched a feature in professional plan of app which would allow you to show specific FAQs on specific products. Steps to follow if you wish to show specific FAQs on specific products on your Online Store 2.0 compatible theme:

Step 1:

Configure which FAQs you would like to show on which products with the help of app. Go to app and click on "Product FAQs" from menu item where you can define which FAQs should be shown on which products.

Step 2:

Visit your store admin panel.

Step 3:

Click on "Online store" > "Themes" from left and side menu.

Step 4:

From "Current theme" section, choose "Customize" which would open up theme customizer.

Step 5:

Select "Products" > "Default product" template from top navigation.

Step 6:

From left side navigation, click "Add block" & choose "Product FAQs widget" from apps.

Step 7:

Save setting & visit product page where you've configured to show FAQs. You should see your FAQs at desired position. Note that you can render FAQs only once on a given page so make sure you don't duplicate blocks.
