Prerequisite: In order to show FAQs on shop app, you need to have Shop app channel enabled through admin. You can read through this article to learn more on how to enable.

This feature doesn't require you to be on a any premium plan of the app. Even merchants on a free plan can make use of this feature.

1. Create FAQs through our app and make sure they are active.

Note: If your FAQ answer has hyperlinks or iFrames, that FAQ will be omitted from Shop app due to Shop app due to Shop app policy. Make sure you only have textual answers if you wish to show them on Shop app. You can always create more than one version of your question for your online store & for shop app.

2. Navigate to "Shop app setup" and then click on activate under "Store FAQs"

3. Open Shop app and navigate to your store. Click on 3 dots from top right and then you would see new menu item called "FAQs" under your store menu.
