Sometimes merchants want to define custom order for FAQs or Categories. App by default allows sorting alphabetically but you can also define your own custom order.


1. Visit app "Design & Settings" and then navigate to "Display settings".



2. You will find two options which would allow you to define custom order. Note that if you have alphabetical order selected, you don't be able to define custom order.


Please make sure you save your current settings before initiating re-arrangement.



If you still don't see your categories ordered in your custom order then it seems like you have alphabetical ordering enabled. Please uncheck it and save settings.
